Formerly known as the MKG 10-Week Body Sculpt Challenge, this dynamic program features kickboxing classes, boxing classes, TRX Suspension Training, yoga, strength and core training / toning, personal fitness coaches and nutritional counseling. For women AND men.
MAX stands for Martial Arts cross (X)-training but it’s not what you think. MAX10 is for everyone! It’s a fun, effective program designed to erase the boring from your fitness routine. Using kickboxing and boxing techniques borrowed from Muay Thai, Savate, BJJ and western boxing, this MMA (mixed martial arts) style cross training program is for everything. Cross-training refers to a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise. It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same fitness routine. It’s beneficial for maintaining a high level of overall fitness and may complement other types of fitness you’re already into (running, CrossFit, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc). It doesn’t matter if you’ve never taken a martial arts class, this is for you. Don’t want to hit another person? This is for you (we use heavy bags)! Just bored of your treadmill and not seeing your pants button get any easier to do up? This is for you. MAX10 is FUN, our coaches are incredibly supportive and will help you reach your fitness goals.
