A workout with a purpose! Using kickboxing and boxing techniques we’ve safely borrowed from the best martial arts forms from around the world, this MMA (mixed martial arts) inspired cross training program is true functional fitness.
Cross-training refers to a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise. It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same fitness routine. It’s beneficial for maintaining a high level of overall fitness and may complement other types of fitness you’re already into (running, CrossFit, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc).
Originally conceived as a 10-Week Body Sculpt Challenge this dynamic bootcamp program features kickboxing classes, boxing classes, TRX Suspension Training, yoga, strength and core training / toning, personal fitness coaches and nutritional counseling.
MAX stands for martial arts crosstraining but it doesn’t matter if you’ve never taken a martial arts class, this is for you.
Don’t want to hit another person? This is for you (we use heavy bags)!
