At MAX10 Fitness we have been successfully helping people achieve their fitness goals since 2005.

We have two options: 1) a 10-Week, or 4-Week, Fitness Boot Camp Challenge or, 2) our ongoing MAX Fitness kickboxing and strength classes.

Both are designed around the premises that if you have fun working out you’ll stick with it and that variety keeps boredom and monotony at bay.  Class schedules alternate between fat and calorie shredding kickboxing or boxing workouts with metabolism boosting strength and conditioning routines.

Our boot camps, formerly known as the 10-Week Body Sculpt Challenge, we provide all the tools you need to get the body you want including personal coaching, nutritional support, goal and measurement tracking and accountability.

The classes blend fat shredding, safe and fun kickboxing and boxing workouts, TRX Suspension Training, HIIT, yoga, strength and core training into a 4-week blueprint that gets results.  Your dedicated fitness coach provide you support and nutritional counseling.

2The MAX10 Boot Camp Challenge is an intensive program with high level coaching for weight-loss and lifestyle changes. Classes are held 5 days a week for 60 minutes each session. We also offer a complimentary yoga class on Sunday mornings to loosen sore muscles and get read for the next week.  We provide all the tools for you to get the results you want in this signature fitness program.

Located in the Northgate neighborhood of North Seattle, the MAX10 Fitness & Boot Camp program has helped 1,000’s of Seattle residents fall in love with fitness over the last 10 years and we can help you too.

Boot camp is held Monday-Friday with makeup classes available on Saturday morning.  Here are the 4 time options:

I started the class hoping to lose my grad school stress weight and I told myself if I was going to do this, I need to fully commit to it. But I’m that girl who joins a gym but on the way home from work ends up “feeling exhausted” after the day and drive on home. So I told myself I would turn in the food log to keep myself accountable. My officemate offered to slap my hand any time I went near the candy drawer (which of course is housed in our office for our entire group). More coworkers found out what I was doing and were always checking in about the class and the diet.
